I used the spa facilities and I thought they were great! The hotel location was really convenient too. I had such fun!
It was a lake view! but it was really more of a partial view. The mattress was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs.

the hotel room was a good size and included a hot tub. the grounds were well-kept, and the external pub added a nice touch. the staff arranged a complimentary ride into town in a bentley car. this made getting around very convenient.
The bathroom seemed a bit small given the overall size of the room. It felt somewhat cramped

Breakfast was excellent. the restaurant served excellent food. The service matched it. mizumi provides an interesting mix of asian foods. the bar has cheaper prices than most pubs. It is very convenient.

i appreciated the attentive Gate security. he knew my name upon arrival. the concierge offered a welcome glass of Prosecco. i enjoyed unlimited access to the spa facilities. a complimentary Bentley car use, for heel-wearing guests, was UNIQUE.
the mattress in our room felt somewhat inadequate.

The facilities were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I received complimentary Prosecco at check-in and a warm welcome into the spa before the room was ready. All the staff, from reception to the bar, were friendly, polite, and attentive.

i received a complimentary chauffeur service in the hotel's bentley to town , this was such a nice perk! the staff were attentive , and i got prompt responses to my emails before i even arrived. shaun , the porter , took extra time to show me all around the hotel and its amenities , i found that so helpful. i loved that the hotel offered a welcome drink upon arrival , a very nice touch.
i noticed the parking fee wasn't explained until checkout , i think including this information earlier would improve the experience.
